The University of Cuenca is a public academic institution, with a mission to provide high-quality education to enhance the quality of life of communities, while respecting their cultural and natural environments.
The University offers a wide variety of degrees and international master’s programmes supported by high-quality, innovative, interdisciplinary research. Since 2007, the preservation of cultural heritage properties has been led by Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, through the partnership with KU Leuven: ‘Vlir - City Preservation Management’ project.
